I have been watching the coverage over this subject for the past few days and wanted to get across one point that has not been brought up in any media piece I have seen. Remember, Nancy Pelosi is really pushing for $25 billion to go to the big 3. But before you make up your mind on this subject, here are a couple of facts.
1. $25 billion between 3 companies
2. GM's monthly expenditures each month anywhere from $3 billion to $5 billion
3. (and the most important) This is not their first bailout. They have had 3 other bailouts recently and look how far it has gotten them.
So, I say no. And I do that being a union supporter. I feel bad for the job loss, I truely do. But enough is enough.
Besides, WE CAN NOT AFFORD IT!!! Where is the money coming from. I am truely scared for my children...if I ever decide to have the stork come to my house and deliver one.
Right or email or call your congressman. They work for you. Let them know that we don't want this.
